Diagnosis and repair of high-end cinema bodies: power, boards, mounts, and the connectors that take a beating on set. Fixed properly and sent back working.

Maintenance

Preventive service and calibration for lenses and bodies. Rental houses use us to keep their fleets happy between jobs.

How we work

We take our time and do it right. Expect things to move slowly, and expect an e-mail from us at each stage so you know where your gear is.

RequestTell us about the gear and what it’s doing. You’ll get a confirmation e-mail as soon as it’s processed.

Ship it inOnce we’ve reviewed and accepted the request, we e-mail you a repair order number and the shipping address. It joins the queue when it arrives.

Inspect, quote, approveWhen it reaches the bench we inspect it and e-mail findings with a quote. Nothing beyond the one-hour inspection happens until you approve, and parts are ordered only then.

Back to youYour invoice comes with a pay link. Once it’s paid, it ships back to you with tracking. Shipping insurance is optional and available at your request.
